We meet to discuss when to sell if there is a presence of Buyers Market / Sellers Market or Seasonality and explain Do’s or Don’t in each. Go through the features of your home as well as if there are any recent changes and other strategies.
STEP 2 Pricing Strategy
Based on research, we will evaluate the property using comparable market trends and listings, and help you decide on a listing price. After you've had time to decide which listing price you're comfortable with. Then we will meet again to finalise the listing price and develop a suitable marketing strategy.
STEP 3 Get Ready
Sign the listing agreement, get ready for the market by suggesting repairs, setting up Staging consultation, and then I'll book the photographer / floor planner around the time.
STEP 4 Listing Time
When your house is listed on the market, our team will start booking shows, tours, open houses and provide you with weekly market updates
STEP 5 Offer Time
Once an offer comes in, we'll help you negotiate the best price possible for your house.
STEP 6 Finalize the Dream
Upon acceptance of an offer, the buyer will have a specified period of time to satisfy the conditions and remove subjects. After the removal of subjects, once you have Finalised the contract, we will advise you to start packing your Stuff.
