We meet to discuss when to sell if there is a presence of Buyers Market / Sellers Market or Seasonality and explain Do’s or Don’t in each. Go through the features of your home as well as if there are any recent changes and other strategies.
STEP 2 | Decide on your price
We know how much your home means to you so we want to be on the same page about everything, including the price. We’ll work together to decide on a price that is both competitive and market-driven.
STEP 3 | Get Ready
Sign the listing agreement, get ready for the market by suggesting repairs, setting up Staging consultation, and then I'll book the photographer/floor planner around the time.
STEP 5 | Offer Time
Once an offer comes in, we'll help you negotiate the best price possible for your house.
